manolet Almonds,
a family story

Our story begins in Elche, in the Valverde partidor, where Manuel Alonso López, the first generation, took the first steps in the almond industry by establishing business relationships with farmers who saw in his personal and approachable business vision a different way of doing business.

The Alonso family was starting to sow the seeds of a reputation that would follow them for generations.

With the premise of a close and direct approach, the second generation, led by Manuel Alonso Sempere, set the goal of establishing strong and lasting relationships with farmers across the country. This policy led to significant national expansion and the creation and consolidation of business partnerships that still endure today.

In this way, and for over 30 years, the family business that was born in the Valverde partidor built its commercial networks, showcasing principles and a model of close, personal relationships that would establish it as a national benchmark.

Manuel, Sebastián, and Isabel Alonso Piñol take over, leading the company towards new heights of quality, productivity, and efficiency through investment in technology and the modernization of facilities.

With the aim of expanding their product range, they acquired a new shelling facility and a processing plant in the Elche Business Park: a blend of modernity and tradition.

Manolet Almonds had become a solid, well-established brand, ready to confidently make the leap into international markets.

Far from ending, this story brings us to the present, where the fourth generation, Manuel and Marina Alonso Blasco, supported by an excellent professional team, address the needs of a global market. They are backed by the experience and expertise of those who came before them, from whom they continue to learn through years of hard work and dedication.

New technologies and production processes, combined with strong demand and the opening of new markets, led to the construction of a state-of-the-art facility in the Elche Business Park between 2019 and 2021.

Today, the MANOLET brand is present in more than 40 countries and operates a 33,000-square-meter facility, making us a global leader in the industry.

the 3rd and 4th generations of the Alonso family lead an experienced team of professionals.

To successfully navigate a highly competitive global market, we surround ourselves with the best professionals to form specialized and skilled teams.

This approach allows us to gain a holistic view of the industry, enabling us to confidently fulfill our business mission.
