80 years of history, 80 years of quality

Today we celebrate 2,524,608,000 seconds of determination. It was with this determination that our story began in 1946, at the Valverde sorting facility, where Manuel Alonso López took the first steps of Manolet Almonds in the almond industry.

Today we celebrate 42,076,800 minutes of collaboration. Over the course of eight decades, many people have left an indelible mark on our journey, ever since the first generation began to sow the seeds of a way of understanding business that remains with us to this day.

Today we celebrate 701,280 hours of commitment to our customers, our employees and our suppliers; the same commitment and close relationship that the second generation, led by Manuel Alonso Sempere, used to expand our company from the 1950s onwards.

Today we celebrate 29,220 days of partnerships that have enabled us to grow from a small family business in Elche to become a leading player in the national market.

Today we celebrate 4,174 weeks of work by a team that embodies all the values we are proud of today. Hard work, perseverance and dedication served the third generation (Manuel, Sebastián and Isabel Alonso Piñol) well as they invested in technology and modernised our facilities, taking the reins of Manolet in the 1990s.

Today we celebrate 960 months of evolution and learning that has brought us to the fourth generation (Manuel and Marina Alonso Blasco), who are taking on the mission of adapting to new market demands and continuing to consolidate Manolet as an international benchmark in the almond sector.

Today we celebrate our 80th anniversary. We look back and feel, above all, pride and gratitude. Pride in having built, year after year, decade after decade, a Manolet that has transcended the limits of a company to become a true family; gratitude to all those who have made it possible. Without our team, without all the people who have accompanied us and with whom we have shared countless experiences, challenges, successes and failures, we would still be that small project in Valverde.

We can say with satisfaction that all the effort, commitment and dedication of these years have been worthwhile. Because what we do is important, but how we do it is even more so. And if, looking back, we feel excited about everything we have achieved, looking ahead to the next 80 years, we feel enormous enthusiasm for everything that is yet to come.
