Reporting channel

Whistleblowing Channel: Personal data collected through the Whistleblowing Channel will be processed solely for the purpose of handling the complaints or communications received and, if applicable, investigating the veracity of the reported facts. Both the complainant and the person complained against will be duly informed, in each case, of the specific individuals and bodies to whom their data will be disclosed—particularly regarding the possible non‑disclosure to the person complained against of the complainant’s identity. Personal data processed in the Whistleblowing Channel will be used in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, which can be found on the homepage of the Whistleblowing Channel.
